Responsible for managing 300 production suppliers.-Worked with corporate purchasing department to develop and apply commodity strategies that reduced supply base size about 30% resulting an easier to manage, more cost effective and healthier supply base.-Developed data collection and analysis techniques to identify and develop high risk preferred suppliers.
