I am a Chartered Engineer (MICE) with experience in a variety of industries. I joined the Ramboll Ports and Maritime team in 2017 as lead designer and project manager on port development and coastal protection projects. I brought these transferable skills to the Asset Protection team at Network Rail in 2021 where I oversee outside party and third party construction works that interface with Scotland's Railway. With a strong technical foundation, I am a confident engineer able to influence teams in multi-disciplinary projects. “Given Ross's relaxed and amicable personality, it makes him a natural team player and someone you feel comfortable with very early on. Ross has proposed smart ways out of challenging design issues and demonstrated a strong ability for lateral thinking.” (Lead Engineer, Saipem)
