From logistics, retail, medicine, and production, my background is in user support and systems administration, strongly driven by an enjoyment of problem solving and process improvement. I like things to run efficiently and for people to feel good about the tools and teammates they are working with.My traditional role has been primarily management, setup, administration, and support of environments consisting of VMware ESX/ESXi, Windows Server, and NetApp filer and Data Domain storage in addition to troubleshooting and user support. I set up and maintain physical hosts as well as virtual servers hosted from them. I have plenty of experience working with internal users, other teams, third party support and vendors, and customers to resolve concerns and issues and leave everyone happier than when I found them!These days, I'm looking for opportunities while sharing what I have learned with others, helping educational and environmental sustainability efforts.
