With over 35 years of experience in the defense sector, I am a seasoned leader and strategist in team development and operations. As the Ops Deputy Director at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), I oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of complex projects and programs that support the agency's mission to counter weapons of mass destruction. I leverage my active TS/SCI clearance and my strong network of stakeholders and partners to identify and secure new opportunities, contracts, and funding sources for DTRA. Prior to joining DTRA, I served as the Senior Military Advisor to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological Defense Programs, where I advised and assisted the senior leadership on policy, strategy, and budget issues related to the defense portfolio.
