I am an instructional literacy coach and educator in Clear Creek Independent School District (CCISD), where I have been working for over 11 years. I facilitate professional learning through ongoing coaching with teachers, teacher teams, and leaders in literacy instruction, following evidence-based practices and standards. I also attend and present at various conferences and networks, sharing knowledge and learning alongside other literacy professionals.My core competencies include coaching professionals, developing and implementing literacy practices and programs, supporting effective instruction and assessment, fostering collaborative learning communities, and staying current with the latest research and trends in literacy education. My mission is to empower others to achieve their goals and to contribute to transformative education initiatives.
