Everbridge provides emergency communication services to our clients by processing their employees' PII data. My role is to support our clients and cover a wide range of security and compliance requirements, related to ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II and FedRAMP controls. I work to assure that the controls Everbridge has in place to protect client data are secure. I respond to inquiries and questionnaires, meet with security representatives and share requested policy and security attestations with our client’s auditors.During contract negotiations, I support our Legal team by reviewing and redlining our client's security addendums while supporting follow-up discussions between our Legal team and our client’s security representatives. During times of high volume, I provide additional bandwidth and operational support to our Proposal Managers and Sales team.
