Responsible for leading the implementation of Driving Possibilities in Toyota’s Vehicle and Manufacturing sites and providing senior-level project management expertise to support all Driving Possibilities locations and teams.

Responsible for leading mobility assessments in our North American manufacturing communities, focusing on implementing sustainable mobility solutions with our community partners to improve access to opportunities where barriers exist.

-Managed a low-emission portfolio to address mobility challenges in under-resourced portions of Toyota’s operational communities. -Managed an all-electric mobility project in West Dallas that provided 4,000 monthly first mile/last mile connections to Dallas Area Rapid Transit and inter-community connections to schools, community centers, grocery stores, jobs, and doctor's appointments. -Managed the planning, implementation, and operation of, in coordination with VIA Metropolitan Transit, an on-demand public transportation service that provides direct service to TMMTX and its on-site suppliers. -SME on Federal Transit Administration (FTA) funding, successful coordination with MPOs, local governments and private companies for project development and sustainable funding.

-Performed spatial analysis with GIS software and prepares maps for inclusion in planning studies and reports.-Prepared professional quality reports, GIS maps, exhibits and other written materials for dissemination to Trinity Metro's senior management team, Trinity Metro's Board of Directors, other departments, external agencies, and the general public.-Assisted with public hearings concerning the consideration and implementation of new or revised transportation service, the deletion of existing service and other service changes.

-Assisted with the coordination of projects that involve the expenditure of federal funds, including but not limited to, infrastructure improvements such as street reconstruction, park improvements and single-family and multifamily construction. -Communicated application, project, and invoicing requirements to developers. -Actively worked with my team to record standard operating procedures, project file organization, template documents, and checklists to improve efficiency and consistency.

-Successfully coordinated development and submittal of application on behalf of NCTCOG to implement My Ride North Texas 2.0, a regional mobility management program to improve the coordination of transportation services and medical services in the 16-county region for populations that lack transportation to wellness resources. NCTCOG was ultimately awarded $511,106 from FTA to implement the pilot project. -Managed the successful preparation and submittal of documents for NCTCOG’s 2019 Triennial Review to FTA. This required coordination with senior-level staff NCTCOG staff from multiple departments, managing a team collecting compliance documentation, clarifying questions of compliance for new team members, flagging areas of concern, and proposing mitigation strategies to minimize risk. -Managed the update of Access North Texas for the 16-county region. This project required coordination with multiple teams within the Transportation Department as well as transit providers, organizations, community stakeholders, and approval from the general public and NCTCOG Boards. -Coordinated data collection from 16 public transit providers to support a transit equity study of the 12- county region with the University of Texas at Arlington’s (UTA) Institute of Urban Studies. I was responsible for ensuring UTA’s students understood the data and conducted proper data analysis. -Coordinated with other teams within the department to update the Transit Accessibility Improvement Tool to locate potential transit-dependent population based on demographic traits across NCTCOG’s 16-county region. -Managed transit agency subrecipient budgets to ensure compliance with FTA regulations.

-Provided assistance to STAR Transit and other subrecipients on operational, planning, funding and compliance items. -Prepared Environmental Justice and Title VI maps using ArcMap for Texoma Area Paratransit System staff to assist in their analysis when cutting back service in 2015. -Provided assistance preparing for the Triennial Review including collection of materials, subgrantee site visits, and organizing information collected for the NCTCOG site visit.

Assisted Staff Planners by preparing maps using ArcGIS for incoming projects; issuing tent, sign, itinerant vendor, and special event permits; responding to inquiries from the public; reviewing building plans for compliance; keeping parking calculations for shopping centers up to date; and conducting additional research as necessary.

- Launched On The Move (travel training) program that was mentioned in TCRP Report 168 (Travel Training for Older Adults) as a case study with our leading partner, Via Mobility Services. DRMAC's On The Move program is the Denver extension of Via Mobility Services' travel training program. - Doubled the attendance at DRMAC’s educational workshops in 2012 nearly doubling the projected registration fees for the year. - Assisted Strategic Planning Committee and Marketing and Membership Committee in creating a new strategic plan, mission statement and elevator pitch for DRMAC. - Assisted the Marketing and Membership Committee with hiring a video production company to create a short informational video that premiered at our first annual fundraiser in 2012. - Assisted marketing consultant in redesigning the 2012 Getting There Guide to make it more user-friendly. - Facilitated quarterly volunteer driver forums where volunteer driver programs share best practices. - Managed member recruitment and retention. - Managed DRMAC’s website and contact management database.

- Assisted the Executive Director in preparing materials for DRMAC monthly meetings; facilitating and preparing materials for quarterly volunteer driver forums; scheduling and registering participants for educational workshop; and managing the DRMAC office.
