I headed a team on Wine Library's social media outreach- utilized to help customers and engage with fans from around the globe. We were able to use this channel to address and resolve customer problems using Twitter and Facebook.

I interned at Château Couraze in Fronsac alongside Benoît Trocard, the vineyard manager and winemaker. I deepened my knowledge with a hands on experience, learning about the cultivation of the grapes, harvest, and the vinification process.
