I am the founder of two manufacturing companies in the industrial components industry. One plant was in Schaumburg, IL and the other in Cartago, Costa Rica. My team and I consistently achieved results that placed us at the top of our field. After 26 years of building my businesses, I sold both firms to a billion dollar multi-national corporation for a top multiple. Now, I enjoy helping other small businesses maximize their results and value. I have a particular interest in creating apprenticeships and programs for students with special needs.
