Established mission critical infrastructure through creation of knowledge repositories in Teams and SharePoint, as well as creating Azure DevOps and ServiceNow tickets. Ensured clear lines of communication across the business through documenting each incident via Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and OneNote, as well as establishing regular meeting and update intervals to notify stakeholders at every level across security, legal, and engineering of incident status, and providing them with reliable and timely access to sensitive information.
