Over the past three years, I have had the privilege to lead a 30 million SEK multi-brand investment project to develop a series of turbine grinders for Atlas Copco Group. The role involved managing market requirements, strategic planning, budgeting, cost optimization, risk assessment and mitigation, resource management, as well as validation and quality assurance in the development process. With production directed towards Tierp and Hungary. The project was driven by LEAN and agile product development methodologies, along with agile leadership and transparent communication with stakeholders.I was responsible for leading and coordinating the cross-functional teams in Nacka and Nantes, as well as managing procurement and suppliers with the help of the procurement team. My role also included co-leading and planning global field tests in collaboration with the sales organization and product managers for each brand.Under my leadership, the product series has been industrialized and launched, with another series planned for launch in the near future. As an implementation specialist my role is to help facilitate global implementation of a NPI (New Product Introduction) product for Crem. My focus is within APAC, whereas I am and will proceed training our internal and external personnel and customer about our products within the fully automatic range. The position works as a connection between Crem and the customers. To gather data and feedback from the market to feed back for further development, both business wise and product wise.

As a Product Specialist within the Business Development team at Crem International in Solna, Stockholm, I am responsible for the technical but also have a part in the commercial understanding of our product offering in fully automatic coffee machines. My position includes international cross-functional collaborations with our colleagues and customer overseas focusing on the APAC market. My main target is to expand the market and contribute by enhancing the technical and commercial understanding of our product offering to both our current customer and of course also to our potential new customers.

Design Development Engineer at Scania Bus, RBEDAs a Development Engineer at Scania, I led the development of a modular concept for a driver’s seat transport solution, designed to facilitate the global transport of bus chassis. The project required cross-functional collaboration with the Brazilian counterpart of the RBED group, daily cooperation with on-site production, and coordination with the purchasing department for cost estimation and the simulation group to understand the structural integrity of the concept. An extension of the project was approved to further develop the concept and explore its production possibilities.

During my time as a studio engineer at Electrolux, I conducted a study on design quality for the Small Appliance group. The task involved examining the methodology used by the Whiteware Appliance group to apply “Fit, Feel and Finish” to their products, with the goal of improving the design quality of Small Appliance products.I analyzed the methodology used by the Home Appliance group and adapted it for application to Small Appliance products. By applying “Fit, Feel and Finish” to selected products, I was able to present a solution to elevate the quality level of Small Appliance products to the same standard as the Whiteware Appliance group.Design Quality - Fit, Feel and FinishDesign - Colour, Material and Finish

Engaged in the concept development phase for an IPS (Integrated Protection Safety) product within medtech.

Our aim was to help the Manual Transmission R&D Department find a robust concept solution on how to incorporate the manual gearshifter into the tunnel console design with the intention to implement it in Volvo Cars' future car models. The tunnel console is the structure between the driver seat and passenger seat, which support the gear shifter structure and features such as cup holder and storage bins. My objective is to implement the product development and engineering skills I have learned throughout my education in a real project, thus the solution will contribute as a foundation for Volvo Cars' further development.

I was a team member of the Chassis Group.My task in the Chassis Group was to project in developing the pedal system as well as the ergonomics and safety in the seat & steering wheel. This to ensure for the driver to both sit comfortable while safe and being able to see a certain distance within the requirement of FSAE. The requirement for the pedalsystem must be met in stiffness and fatigue, the aim was to reach high standard and still being able to optimize the products in weight and volume.

Moment is an annually fair at KTH. The focus is to have relevant companies invited as requested from the students. My role was to invite and create a professional relationship between the fair and the companies for future partnerships. My group brought in over 30 companies, by doing so we overreached our goal.

My main task was to administrate, manage invoices and provide my account managers with sales support within Nordic regions. Provided was the Business Management System tool Microsoft Navision and a phone. Communication was held with the headquarter in Germany by Skype and emails. The position has enabled me to develop my communication and sales skills. It has also enabled me to understand and have insight in how B2B works in details.

The incubator for start-ups, Drivhuset, promotes entrepreneurship. The Competence team contains of interdisciplinary students whom provide competence within their own fields to the customer. My main task was to provide Drivhuset’s customer with engineering skills within product development. One of the assigment was to help a group of Young Enterprise (UF) to concretize their ideas before presenting the product at the UF-fair in Stockholm.

As a retailer for Carlings my main task was to sell for Carlings own Brands and cooperative brands to the end customer.Other subtask was to maintain the logistics, being a cashier and also as an consignee.

My main task as a warehouse staff was basically handling the fresh food by packing it with help of a trolley.
