In my role, I had the opportunity to manage projects focused on automation and continuous improvement. These projects aimed to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, I provided support to the CBS organization, particularly in assisting Supply Network Planners with various tasks. This involved collaborating closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and effective decision-making.

I embarked on my professional journey at Amazon in July 2016, where I had the opportunity to work as an intern. During this time, I had the privilege of reporting directly to Senior Operations Managers and Operations Managers, collaborating closely with efficient managers across various departments.Some notable projects I successfully undertook during my internship include:-Implementing standardized processes to enhance productivity.-Increasing throughput in a process that impacted over 350 individuals simultaneously.-Developing a Waste Management Plan for the entire Fulfillment Center.-Taking responsibility for the installation of loss prevention machines.Throughout my tenure at the company, I actively engaged in training programs facilitated by upper-management, covering topics such as Lean Management, Continuous Improvement, and Theory of Constraints.

During the Christmas Sales Event, I worked in a dynamic role promoting and selling Nespresso coffee machines. My responsibilities included engaging with clients, providing expert consultation, and facilitating direct sales. I focused on building positive relationships with clients, representing the company's image, and managing inventory to meet customer demands and maximize sales.My dedication and efforts led to exceptional sales results, contributing to the success of the event. This student job provided valuable hands-on experience in sales and customer service, enhancing my skills and understanding of the retail industry.

During my time at L'Oréal, I had the opportunity to work as a seasonal vacation worker, commonly referred to as a "Job d'été." This experience allowed me to immerse myself in a multicultural environment, collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. I regularly utilized the French language in my everyday tasks, further honing my language skills and fostering effective communication.One of the unique aspects of my experience was gaining first-hand exposure to how L'Oréal operates in Paris, which provided valuable insights into the company's operations, culture, and global presence.

I had the incredible opportunity to live and work in the United States during my summer vacation as part of a cultural exchange program. During this time, I became a certified lifeguard through the American Red Cross, where I prioritized the safety of individuals using the water facility. I implemented preventive measures and responded rapidly to crisis situations when needed. Additionally, I also served as a swim instructor during, sharing my passion for swimming and contributing to the skill development and enjoyment of others.

I had the honor of leading my team to victory in the 2017/2018 Polish GMC edition, a project that spanned around nine months. Our success earned us the privilege of representing Poland in the International Finals held in Dubai. This international experience allowed us to interact with diverse cultures and showcase our skills on a global stage. Winning the Polish GMC edition and competing internationally filled us with pride, highlighting our teamwork and leadership.
