TRANSACTION MONITORING STRATEGY Main duties:- Lead a small team (2-4 people) performing reviews of TM scenarios, to identifynon-performing / duplicative ones to be removed, or high-performing ones to bepropagated to other markets.

TRANSACTION MONITORING – US Main duties:- Develop TM scenarios detecting potential money laundering by customers, andmaintain these scenarios by performing threshold calibration and BTL sampling;- Develop and maintain internal MI monitoring performance of scenarios, andleading monthly review meetings

Group Internal Audit (GIA) Since November 2015:Data Analytics Team.In this position I:- perform advanced analytical tasks supporting audit execution, risk assessments and reporting;- support training on tools and methodology used in analyzing data;- coach and support auditors on performing data analysis;- have fun coding and developing visualizations.August 2014 - October 2015Issue Assurance Team.In this position I:- review completion of actions recommended by GIA, external audit, regulators, or self-identified by business, including assessment of design and effectiveness of controls;- review sustainability of completed remediation actions.Additionally, I'm training to become a data analytics specialist and support audit work with analysis of large databases.I am also involved in project of designing and preparing monthly management report highlighting key aspects of team performance.
