Responsibilities include providing support to President of Lodging, Two Regional Vice Presidents of Operations, Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Vice President/ Controller. I currently coordinate travel arrangements for all superiors and lodging department. I organize daily meetings including logistics and content coordination. I manage and plan bi-annual lodging conferences including meal planning, travel arrangements, entertainment coordination, request vendor contributions, create curriculum content and visuals, etc. I manage and track internal audit program and results for 38 hotel properties. I track all marketing promotions including location, length, audience and ROI. I create and maintain organizational charts for 38 hotel properties. I document all direct bill applications greater than $10,000 for hotel properties (approximately 500 contracts).

Responsible for managing the Vendor Relations Department including maintaining relationships with existing suppliers/ vendors and creating relationships with new vendors. Responsible for contract negotiation regarding vendor rates as well as updating certifications. Responsible for training other team members to find new vendors and handling vendor service questions.

Responsible for collaborating with sales and other segments to gather input for improvements and/or changes of existing customer programs as well as managing assigned project budgets; utilizing internal/external partners, and contributing to annual growth. Responsible for completing projects/tasks for the President’s Office; directly managing all travel for the President; and handling confidential company information.
