Originally subcontracted to Baan to support Boeing global implementations as Senior Principle Consultant. Head hunted by Baan Americas to specifically oversee Boeing current Baan IV and Verdi technical implementations as a result of sizeable problems in Irving, SLC and Puget Sound in scaling and performance. The enhanced Oracle driver capability, migration tools and MRP parallel processing were designed whilst supporting Irving, and then standardized as GA product.After completing the Irving and SLC implementations, main role until 2003 was acting as focal to Baan Development in NL and India on all Boeing implementation, design, and migration requirements (BCA and IDS). Later in 2003 took over the management of the onsite Baan and SSA team for BCA. One of the key roles during this period was working with Boeing core COTS vendors as part of the Partner Technical advisory Board (PTAB) initiative to ensure all supply chain vendors were aware of key release schedules and future product direction. PTAB core members were IBM, IONA, MSFT, Trilogy, SDRC, HP and Oracle.

Technical Project Leader for implementation of Computer Associates largest ManMan/X implementation on the East Coast. Responsibilities varied but mainly revolved around managing development and trouble shootingApplication and Tools problems in conjunction with EDS\CA. Project was already 18 months behind schedule and was turned around in 5 months with a new team of seasoned EDS and ex-BaaN consultants.

Responsible for Philips DeskTop publishing activities (mainframe and PC), setup DTP departments for Philips NV world wide. Later promoted to manage mainframe to local area network (LAN) transfer. Designed and implemented OS2 LAN/WAN in conjunction with IBM. Implemented VMS and UNIX servers to run MFGPRO (Progress), Baan and Rapier. Last part of career at Origin was spent helping customers technically realize SAP R2, BaaN and troubleshoot issues across Europe for fortune 50 customers.
