Current- Managed Production Calendar, Vendor Calendar, and Producer’s Calendar - Assisted Producer and Directors in all evolving support needs - Reconciled all production credit card transactions and filed expense reports- Planned crew meetings and all crew events (virtual and in-person) while prioritizing crew morale- Onboarded all new hires and tracked and processed all crew roll offs- Maintained organization of music and casting files within Google Drive- Managed content security and facilitated and organized all NDAs- Tracked, confirmed, and distributed all screenings via Pix- Worked closely with the art team: took notes in artist check ins, helped managed deadlines,tracked assignment priorities, ingested incoming deliveries, managed outgoing deliveries to the vendor- Provided script department support as needed: helped prep sides for upcoming recording sessions, maintained line tracker, prepped scratch, lined scripts during records, conformed script-Collected and delivered assets to the studio (content, consumer products, marketing teams) upon request
