Led the support experience team of 8 engineers in automating the process of uplifting the crypto withdrawal ban for users. This initiative significantly reduced the average ticket resolution time from 30 days to under a week.3. Built an in-house, secure File Management system in Scala using Play framework, leveraging AWS, which encrypted PII data using KMS and scanned for malware via ClamAV.
