Bringer together of partnerships and propsals/bids for interesting and innovative approaches to social and community challenges. A sector straddling and varied career pathway enables me to bring a wide variety of perspectives and experiences to these partnership pilots and projects to develop genuinely exciting proposals. Responsible for management, monitoring and reporting of a community investment fund in Oldham. Always keen to implement new approaches and improvements to ensure that the fund is responsive and effective in supporting place making, VCFSE capacity and capability building and increased impact through community projects.Experienced in both commercial and social/community grant application writing and support local organisations to apply for project and core funding. I've massively enjoyed working to develop our community investment and social value strategy and developing the internal processes needed to realise greater local impact. I've been able to bring together a cross organisational team to support this and I'm very excited with some of the community and contractor collaborations that are resulting from this. Outside of work, I’m a lyric writer and singer in an actively gigging musical duo. Also an indie pop anorak and fan of Rochdale AFC.
