As an Information Technology Support Specialist at Temple University, I provide targeted support for technical issues, such as setup, installation, and assistance with the response to trouble tickets issued per the user’s request. I innovated an MVP named ‘Trash Guard’, by leading user research, user interface refinement, revenue model exploration, and building an investor pitch.
