Senior Operations Coordinator
CurrentDelivering all Expro Subsea landing string assemblies for both Global and North Sea operations for some of the industry’s largest companies including BP, Shell, Total, ENI and CNOOC.Ensuring all required assets are maintained to their correct working test pressures and all other relevant certification is in place while working to engineering test procedures/schematics and specific client well parameters. Responsible for all valve and space out critical tubular maintenance for landing string assembly assets as well as ensuring any required modification or NDE/coating requirements are carried out.Organising and scheduling work scopes through the workshop along with amending global shipping lists for the loading out of landing string assemblies, ensuring the correct paperwork and certification is in place, while keeping within tight operational deadlines. Supervising on the shop floor with up to 22 on and offshore technicians as well as being the interface for any technical issues or queries they may have.Focal point for clients and operations/Project Managers with coordinating and overseeing of their projects from kick off meeting to the mobilisation of the project. Issuing any further work instructions to the shop floor while ensuring safe working practices and a good level of housekeeping is maintained. Applying positive HSE behaviour at all times in accordance to the company's accountability processes and HSE policies. Delivering daily tool box talks with all workshop personnel, outlining the objectives and work scope for that day. Addressing any issues or concerns that arise from the workshop. Providing cover in the absence of the workshop Supervisor/Manager.Working in a fast-paced high-pressure environment with the ability to consistently meet deadlines with the highest quality whether working solo or as part of a team.
