Supervising on the shop floor with up to 22 on and offshore technicians as well as being the interface for any technical issues or queries they may have.Focal point for clients and operations/Project Managers with coordinating and overseeing of their projects from kick off meeting to the mobilisation of the project. Issuing any further work instructions to the shop floor while ensuring safe working practices and a good level of housekeeping is maintained. Delivering daily tool box talks with all workshop personnel, outlining the objectives and work scope for that day. Addressing any issues or concerns that arise from the workshop.
