I am Project Manager for Autosoft DMS (SaaS) to deliver enhanced B2B products as part of the Customer Experience Management Systems program (CEMS). Program has grown to contain 30+ individual projects running simultaneously. The vendor integration began in Fall of 2020 and we had 6 onboarded clients. Communication processes were not in place at the time I was brought into the project. I developed robust communication management plans for the vendor and DMS which streamlined our channels of communication - we were existing with an average of 190 channels per project. After plan implementation, our average channels were reduced to 36 per project. I developed risk management plans around quantitative and qualitative risk analysis to establish a protocol for the vendor and the DMS to properly identify issues with integration and programming allowing for proper assignment in backlogs for each company's development team.
