It’s a new era in the real estate industry. I embarked on a journey with Opendoor in 2021 as a Market OPs Broker. Over the course of the first three years I developed national compliance policies, created a process to identify and block wholesale abuse and fraud, supported innovative products launches and lead the national brokerage expansion efforts in 2022-23. One absolute truth about disruptive real estate businesses is, change is constant. Currently I am serving as a Sr. Manager, overseeing the National Brokerage Team and operations, we spearhead cross-functional collaboration, facilitating seamless market and product launches, while providing agent supervision, compliance and policies in 50+ markets. Our brokerage team members are licensed across multiple states, navigating existing and emerging market nuances and opportunities. As a seasoned REALTOR® and Broker having started my real estate career in 2001, I've been a sole proprietor, independent real estate agent, new construction salesperson, small and large real estate team member, Market Manager and State Broker. Over the years I have worked with small family brokerages, large regional franchise brands, and very large national technology-powered startups. I have also consulted multi-billion dollar prop-tech startups for "Utah Brokerage Operation" and "National Referral Partner Program" development achieving high levels of success, fast results, and client satisfaction.
