Prepare schedules, allocate instructors to different course training.- Handling payroll of more than 150 employees from HRIMS .- Maintaining daily attendance and leave records, necessary for payrolls processing of employees.- Scheduling Exit Interviews, completing their full & final settlement.- Conducting exit interviews and analyzing data and making recommendations to the Director, Human Resources for corrective action and continuous improvement- Sending reminders on monthly basis to all probationers (including head office and branch offices) for submitting their appraisal forms.- After receiving the forms, compilation of performance appraisal report is done.- Maintain proper performance appraisal files for probationers & filing their forms in files on timely basis.-Updating the checklist and track records in performance appraisal files.-Ensuring 100% compliance with Statutory Regulations like ESI, PF Act, PT,etc.-Effectively maintaining the data related to ESI and PF like maintaining challan copies for the same-Organizing Employee engagement activities Birthday bashes, Best employee for the month, Annual Day celebrations
