•Tests products at specified stages in the production process and records test data, applying quality control procedures and accurately documenting the results of the inspections and testing.• Responsible for monitoring the quality control of raw materials, productin-process and finished product run during the shift.• Collection of microbiological samples of raw materials and finished product for testing and analysis, incubation, SAS, and retained sample checks.• Perform ATP and allergen swabs of all the equipment’s.• Ensure samples, equipment, and any required chemicals are handled properly to avoid contamination.• Carry out other activities needed essential to the effective operation of quality control department Bulk receiving raw material.• Perform routine cleaning and calibration of laboratory instruments.• Ensure to monitor and conduct prescribed checks and conduct analysis on raw materials and finished goods for conformance to established standards while investigating non-conforming items with the quality assurance department.• Perform the calibration and testing equipment in the QC lab and assist in troubleshooting the QC technical & operational aspects of the production process.• Perform thermal process review to ensure the thermal process critical parameters are met during production run.• Ensures potentially affected finished product are placed on incident hold in the ERP system.• Perform pre-shipment review prior to releasing product on bonded status.• Compliance with the Company's Integrated Management Systems which includes, but is not limited to Production, Quality, Food Safety & GMP.• Compliance always with all rules & policies regarding health safety, occupational safety, environmental safety, food safety, legal regulations, company requirements, etc.• Compliance with the company's Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements

• Perform all duties according to the SOP’s, GMP’s and all other established safety standards and companypolicies• Correctly complete all documentation as per SOP’s, GDP and GMP requirements, i.e., observations, test results,batch record information• Dismantle, clean, sanitize and assemble manufacturing equipment according to established SODs to ensure GMP compliance and meet department changeover targets in support of department and productivity goals• Safely operate all required equipment and machinery including those used to manufacture, store, clean and transport production related assets• Execute applicable SAP and LIMS transactions accurately and in a timely manner• Effectively process batches within specifications to meet department batch execution targets by ensuring optimal run rates in support of schedule adherence• Complete master batch records and associated production documentation accurately and timely• Understand cycle time concepts and sources of unreliability to focus on critical areas of improvement• Support LEAN initiatives and participate in Kaizen events
