    Apprentice100 ("A100") was a software developer apprenticeship program that trained computer science and engineering students from colleges and universities by bridging the gaps between their academic learning, existing communities of developers, and the needs of software-based startups. A100 was a key component of the Connecticut Innovation Ecosystem, a statewide program that aims to foster technical and business innovation throughout the state. The program sunsetted in December of 2016.As Venture Development Director (January 2015 - December 2016), I focused primarily on the success of our client entrepreneurs, through product management on their prototype applications built through our apprenticeship program. While in this role, I managed development on nine new software products in a variety of industries.Previously, as Program Director (2013-2014), I was primarily responsible for creating and implementing the A100 Program.
