Manage the build out of work based learning programs for service techs across the 70 Hobart Food Equipment Branches in the U.S. and Canada. Partnered with local community colleges to develop an approved Maintenance Tech Apprenticeship through the State of Ohio. Worked with Federal Agencies to draft an approved federally recognized apprenticeship program. Worked to develop school partnerships to integrate into pre-apprenticeship opportunities for high school and post-secondary students. Developed career pathways for both the service technician roles and the call-center career pathway with aligned educational opportunities that were both state and federally grant-funded. State Support Team services are provided to educators, agency personnel, and families of individuals with disabilities in 13 northwest Ohio counties in the focus areas of school improvement, special education compliance, postsecondary transition, early learning and school readiness, and parent and family involvement.To assist stakeholders in their work, the State Support Team Region 1 staff provides tools, resources, technical assistance and high-quality professional development activities.Designing, facilitating and assisting local school districts in the implementation of evidence based practices that will yield systemic outcomes: cultures of improvement at district and building levels.Currently working with the Center for Continuous Improvement Office for Improvement and Innovation, Office of Federal Programs, Office of Intensive Support and State-Wide Systems of Support in order to fulfill Ohio's strategic vision plan, Each Child, Our Future. Specializing in technical assistance and support to districts who have been selected to participate in the Selective Review Audit through the Office of Exceptional Children.

As the director of education for the associated builders and contractors my role was to manage, oversee, and develop courses for construction trades training for the public and private sectors. Identify opportunities for revenue, develop and adhere to department budgeting, oversee payments and intaking. Ordering supplies, hiring staff, staff reviews, overseeing learning management system. Creating process development and modifications for streamlining. Develop outreach event that include construction career fairs, trade competitions, classroom lessons and guest presentations for secondary students. Notable classroom and student career-preparation accomplishments: Served on four career center advisory committees, which allows me the opportunity to speak with parents and students about choosing career education. Appointed to the Construction Education Advisory Committee for the Ohio Department of Education. Certified Master Trainer for the NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research) which allows me to certify instructors by NCCER (nationally recognized) for all construction trades programs.
