Krista Flynt is a Urban Planner and Graphic Designer at RTD. She possess expertise in editing, social media, newspapers, graphic design, storytelling and 12 more skills. She is proficient in Spanish. Colleagues describe her as "Krista is the type of communications and design champion you want on your team. Clever, thoughtful, and precise - Krista is never one for mincing words, which gives her excellent writing and editing skills. I always find her with a fresh perspective on projects. She is a fountain of creativity and a driving force for progress at the COCPA. A true workhorse; I have watched Krista take on additional workloads, projects, and strategic initiatives without batting an eye (all at the same time, mind you). Her dexterity in switching from project to project also gives her the ability to check off to-do lists with extreme efficiency. She does not shy away from a challenge and powers through even during the busiest times of year at the COCPA. I have enjoyed working alongside Krista and always know I can use her as a resource; and, at the same time, she pushes me to be better every day. The end-all question is, “Would I hire her?” Absolutely. " and "Krista is a communications/marketing/advertising machine — a brilliant combination of creativity, organization, and decisiveness to get things done. She has an eye for finding (and/or creating) the perfect graphic(s) for any project thrown at her, and clear, concise copywriting/editing skills to boot! She is purposeful and clever in her messaging, and is able to easily convey her ideas to others (which can be tough when it comes to subjective matters!). She’s also a quick learner and takes initiative to learn new tactics and technologies to reach her audience. Her effortless ability to juggle the needs of various projects, both traditional and digital, is a true asset – I’ve seen her build a print magazine from scratch in the same day as she works to build a mobile website. As a fellow communications professional, I’ve relied on Krista many times to help me solve difficult problems, stimulate creativity, and implement ideas; I hope to always have her as a resource both professionally and personally."
