Led the development and writing for winning proposals from All Children Reading, UNICEF, and USAID competitions in Mali, Papua New Guinea and the Philippines. Explored funding options and monitor tenders from USAID, the World Bank, UNICEF, etc. Maintained and built relationships with partner organizations, developed proposals and captured opportunities. Prepared reports for the Board biannually. Provided consulting services related to education projects including reports, research, and technical support.

Edit ten education-related technical research papers, training manuals, and teacher's guides. Copyedit and improve text from a technical point of view, ensuring it follows the USAID Style Guide. Conducted a review and evaluation of FFAC's classroom programming materials, and produced a report with recommendations for potential content, pedagogical, and evaluation improvements. Developed Enuma School's Learning, Design, and Curricular Framework Guidebook. Enuma School is designed to provide children with the foundations and practice needed to build fundamental skills in L1 literacy, numeracy, and English regardless of access to school or resources.
