One of the many things I've learned about myself over the course of my career is how important it is for me to align with a mission-driven company. That's why I'm so thrilled to be serving America's hourly employers (again) at goHappy! Our goal is to help employers drive engagement by leveraging our clean, intuitive group communication tools to empower, mobilize, and inspire their hourly workforces. As we all know, engaged, happy employees = better customer satisfaction = better sales.My passion for serving the hourly workforce began at Snagajob, the country's largest platform for hourly work, in 2005. I spent twelve years working alongside hourly employers, both big and small, which helped me become deeply familiar with the unique challenges they face. I loved that I was serving a largely overlooked population of America's workforce, and I felt lucky to help working individuals and families find hourly jobs that would make a difference in their lives.The year is 2020. There is definitely a better way to engage and empower the hourly workforce-- and the data shows, it drives revenue. Let's talk!
