Essential Functions:-Drive standard solutions, efficiencies, and consistent practices to improve product scalability.-Oversee the preparation and distribution of assessments designed to track student progress, analysis of results and reporting to the appropriate parties.-Manage input and accuracy of school status and program implementation data in Salesforce for more than 120 schools with global programs. Provide oversight and monitoring of departmental staff activities, workload and goals.-Manage the communications process for all global schools throughout the year in coordination with the Marketing department.-Provide weekly updates to teacher and program status indicators to inform departmental and organizational strategic goals.-Maintain records of teacher consultants, host families and related payments.-Facilitate peer review of all professional development modules completed within the Global Schools community.
