Leading the team that develops and advances U.S. Navy implementation of the ally and partner efforts of the National Military Strategy; advises the Chief of Naval Operations, Vice Chief of Naval Operation, and Echelon I Navy leadership on critical international issues and policy; conducts strategic planning; and reviews and advises on naval/maritime policy matters regarding National Defense Strategy, International Security, Overseas Contingency Operations, and Global Defense Posture. Leads strategic engagement and interoperability efforts with critical allies and partners.

UK, CENTCOM and Oceania engagement director for the Department of the Navy. Coordinates Secretary of the Navy, Under Secretary of the Navy, and Deputy Under Secretary of the Navy political-military engagement with allies and partners in the United Kingdom, Middle East, and Oceania Region of the Pacific. Responsible for program oversight of the Defense Attache Service and Foreign Area Officer programs for the Deputy Under Secretary of the Navy.

Chief of Naval Forces Division at the U.S. Military Training Mission to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United States's Security Cooperations Organization (SCO) in Saudi Arabia; charged with building, equipping, training, and advising the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) in support of U.S. national strategic objectives, and in furtherance of regional stability, security, and prosperity. Leading a team of active duty U.S. Navy officers, enlisted, and U.S. government civilians stationed across Saudi Arabia and advising the RSNF and Saudi MoD at all levels. .

Chief of College Operations and Military Professor for a Joint-DoD Executive Education Regional Center; responsible for planning, resourcing, and executing resident courses and regional events. Supports academic committees chaired by faculty members and military professors. Led a team of 6 direct-report civilians and over 30 military and civilian faculty members to execute 17 in-resident courses, 15 regional workshops, and numerous special events. Coordinated over 300 official visits to DKI APCSS comprising over 1,700 distinguished visitors. Course Coordinator for the 2017 Mobile Asia Pacific Orientation Course (APOC) in Seoul, Republic of Korea, the first APCS course held outside the United States, and specifically supported the Commander, U.S. Forces Korea development of the USFK staff.

Country Program Director for Saudi Arabia at the Navy International Programs Office, responsible for creating, and managing U.S. Navy training and equipment Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs with the Royal Saudi Navy, Air Force, and Land forces. Managed an FMS portfolio valued over $4B U.S. dollars designed to enhance security cooperation and interoperability between the US and Saudi military, and further over US defense policy objectives.

Deputy Executive Assistant for the Deputy CNO for Operations, Plans, and Strategy (N3/N5) on the Chief of Naval Operations Staff (OPNAV). Responsible for immediate and long range scheduling, Congressional briefing and testimony preparation, and coordination with OPNAV, Joint Staff, and National Security Council. OPNAV N3/N5 is responsible for the US Navy's global operations as well as future planning, international engagement, and strategy development.

Country Engagement Officer responsible for creation and implementation of engagement policy, cooperative action, and senior leader interaction between all U.S. Navy forces in the CENTCOM area of responsibility (AOR) and the Sultanate of Oman and Republic of Yemen. Worked closely with US Country Teams, Defense Attaché Offices, Combatant Command, and other US government agencies to ensure effective, aligned communication and cooperation with key strategic partners in the region. Regularly engaged with the highest levels of regional governments in furtherance of US national objectives.

MA in Security Studies (Middle East, South Asia, & Sub-Saharan Africa) from the National Security Affairs Department. Thesis title: "Abandoned Ideology: How the Iranian Revolution Failed Islamic Economics and Embraced Populism." Received Liskin Award for Excellence in Regional Security Studies Areas and recognized for "Outstanding Thesis." Areas of research specialization include economic development and political economy in the Middle East, Islamic economics, Iranian politics and political economy, and Islamic fundamentalism.

Additional duties included Unit NATOPS Instructor, Legal Officer, Line DIvision Officer, Public Affairs Officer. Qualified Strike/ASW Level III and Functional Check Pilot.
