Work with various Healthgrades teams and marketing contacts within hospital clients using Healthgrades’ Business Intelligence platform tools to assist in fulfilling clients' marketing and reporting needs.- Write, explain and finalize marketing communication list criteria with clients- Perform data queries to either inform strategy development or satisfy client reporting needs- Provide ongoing education for clients on their business intelligence platform- Work with clients to clarify the business need behind report requests, and help to define parameters and result format- Leverage internal resources to resolve client questions and technical issues- Front end support of marketing automation software, including use of basic HTML and CSS.

- Conduct quality monitoring on inbound and outbound calls within the call center measuring and evaluating employee compliance with applicable call expectations, conduct coaching sessions with associates and provide feedback addressing client service performance, product knowledge and call productivity. - Assess training and coaching needs, client service skills, product knowledge and system navigation skills, and advise management in preparing action plans for individual employee improvement- Conduct calibration sessions with call center leadership and clients to develop scoring consistency and best practices.- Deliver ‘quality assurance expectations’ presentations to new employees.- Assist with staff training, general questions, call center administration, and phone coverage as needed.

Investigating and resolving complaints from Logisticare members, state agencies, medical facilities and transportation providers contracted through LogistiCare. Through investigations, I carried out service improvements through corrective or follow up training with employees and service changes for members. My department was also a back up resource for the customer service, facilities and transportation departments. These additional duties involved taking up to 100 calls per day, running and processing reports, updating LogistiCare database information and various forms of written communications between affiliates.

Received up to 150 chats per day, serving up to five customers at one time. The chat service provided answers to any questions customers have about Greatwolf Lodge's products and amenities. This department frequently provided back up for inbound phone calls to the Greatwolf Lodge Call Center creating reservations and selling Greatwolf Lodge's products and amenities with an emphasis on overcoming sales objections. I was 'track selling' certified and repeatedly ranked among the top agents for weekly and monthly phone and chat performance statistics throughout the call center.
