Talent Acquisition Specialist
Current•Lead full-cycle recruitment at distribution centers, including role intake, job posting, sourcing, application review, phone screens, interview scheduling, candidate feedback, and offer negotiations.•Support hiring managers in selecting the best candidates, guiding recruitment best practices and presenting labour market data to assist in decision-making.•Actively attract, engage, and select high-quality talent to support HelloFresh’s growth using various sourcing and interviewing techniques.•Assist in building HelloFresh’s employer brand, focusing on diversity, inclusion, and creating positive candidate experiences.•Manage applicant pipelines, schedule interviews, optimize candidate communications, gather feedback, and facilitate efficient recruiting processes using the ATS (Greenhouse).•Establish connections with universities and employment firms to create a talent pipeline.•Train and provide feedback to hiring managers to ensure consistency across the organization.•Manage relationships with third parties involved in recruitment, including colleges/universities, job boards, and external recruiters/agencies.•Collaborate with the TA & HR team to set up new and improve existing recruitment and hiring processes.•Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
