As Director of User Experience, I've built a team focused on ensuring the ease of use, accessibility, and scalability of Parsons software products. Our core philosophy is to design software that meets the needs of our users and requirements of our stakeholders. We accomplish this by using innovative user interface design, workflow analysis, journey maps, and user validation. As the UX ACE (Advanced Community of Excellence) Lead, I've had the opportunity to help start a company-wide community practice that is establishing a unified look and feel for all Parsons software. Our aim is to provide UX services for various domain teams within the company, and evangelize human-centered design.Furthermore, I've had the opportunity to present lectures on Systems Engineering and User Experience Design to help spread awareness and share knowledge within the company.

Contractor for Lockheed Martin Environmental Testing Laboratory in Mannasas, Virginia.My responsibilities included composing environmental qualification test procedures and reports, performing environmental qualification testing, drafting 3D models and CAD assembly drawings for production and lab assets using PTC Creo, and serve as a Unit Lead Engineer for environmental qualification testing for future production units.

Member of a team that created a device to analyze smoke produced in surgery. Responsibilities included creation of three-dimensional model of blueprints for the device, research of optimal lighting and camera position for smoke analysis and image capture, and synchronization of still images for analysis.
