Performs varied court clerical work involved in case processing on Minnesota Court Information System (MNCIS) or related technology systems in the areas of probate, conciliation, traffic, criminal, civil, juvenile and family.Completes a high volume of telephone and counter work quickly and courteously, in accordance with data privacy regulations and the most current rules and policies; arranges for language interpretation as needed; locates and checks out files for attorneys, court, and the public.Review legal documents for completeness, adequacy, accuracy and compliance; determines processing required and takes necessary action in accordance with court regulation.Communicates timely and effectively with court stakeholders and has daily contact with: judges and judicial officers; the general public, pro-se litigants, attorneys and representatives from outside agencies for the purpose of answering questions relative to court policies and procedures, providing information on case status and court records, and assisting with the processing of applications and documents.Performs daily courtroom clerical duties including in-court updating; prepares case files and forms for court; checks people in and calls the calendar; sets court dates for next appearance; arranges and organizes the docket, notes continuances, makes minute and docket entries to reflect case progress; prepares and distributes dispositional orders in case management system.Certified in Jury Processing, and Electronic Recording (EREO).Other clerical work as assigned
