I'm an ex-marketer who discovered a love for People Operations and merged the two to provide organizations with exceptional employee engagement, company communication, and people development. I'm a lifelong learner, always looking for ways to improve upon my own skills as well as those around me. In all my walks of life, I try to leave people better than when I found them, and if we haven't had the pleasure to meet, I hope to do that in our interactions as well.Along my journey, I built a start-up People Operations department from the ground up, managed employee performance to increase productivity, and became a trusted advisor to people managers.
