[Recruiting & Hiring] Evaluate potential job applicants both salaried & hourly. Schedule and conduct job interviews, complete onboarding and background checks (including MVR). [Employee Training & Development] Conduct new hire, safety harassment, customer service training, etc. to employees across all locations for all areas of operations.[Benefits & Workman's Comp] Handle annual enrollment and partner with provider on negotiation rates for employees. Partner with claim adjuster and legal (as needed) regarding employee data for workman's comp, injury reports and accommodations.[Performance Management] Partner with employee relations issues. Conducts investigations as needed. Conduct performance improvement plans and any forms of disciplinary actions.[Payroll] Verify employee hours and tracking of overtime and PTO across all locations.[Data & Reporting] Leverage data and analytics to identify key metrics and goals across all locations, including labor costs, customer satisfaction PTO, etc.
