I am a coach at Krystal Stone Holistics. My focus is helping you prioritize your life around what matters the most you. Therefore, I help you zero in on where you are spending most of your time and making sure that your time is “well spent.” Many people walk around with goals that just live in their heads. -The only thing that is in the way of action, is learning to prioritize what matters the most to them. All my sessions begin with three questions: What is most important to you in your life? How much time do you dedicate to what is most important to you? What is standing in your way? Clients have said that my sessions have helped them gain clarity on what is important to them and stop wasting time on what does not. (Spending hours on social media or daydreaming about what they really want to be doing). Clients have also said that I have helped them build accountability in making choices that allow them to spend their time where it is most relevant to them. Hence the name Relevant Coaching. -Most importantly, clients have said that my sessions have helped them feel excited about life because they simply learn to prioritize their time to match what they are passionate about.I am happy to share that my background has been spent where it matters the most to me and is what led me to my coaching career. I have a had a therapeutic massage therapy practice in NYC since 2007. I am an instructor for Pacific College of Health and Science (PCHS) in NYC where I teach Myology of Postural Alignment, Western II and Shiatsu.
