Talent Acquisition Consultant, focused on developing a strategy in support of the talent acquisition for nursing and clinical groups. Develop relationships with the business leadership and HR partners, in order to align talent pipeline to business needs at all levels and become a trusted partner. Experience developing and executing recruiting plans within both agency and in-house settings.

Responsible for developing a qualified candidate pool for positions throughout the Central Maine Health Care organization. Sourcing Specialist works with the Talent Acquisition Coordinators to design and execute sourcing campaigns for job families, specific for hard-to-fill positions and urgent assignments.

Human Resources Office Coordinator undertakes a variety of HR administrative duties. Facilitates daily HR functions like keeping track of employees records and supporting various areas within Human Resources. The Office Coordinator works closely with the Talent Acquisition Coordinators, HR Business Partner's and Benefits Team.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing diversified secretarial tasks. Demonstrates outstanding customer service skills. Provides a wide range of secretarial duties to assure professional and efficient operations of the office/unit. Understands and follows the organization's policies, procedures and standards. Is an independent worker, meeting the day-to-day needs of the organization. Participates in the department's performance improvement activities.

Performs a wide variety of functions related to the management of the department such as assisting in the scheduling process, time care, maintains necessary unit records, data base maintenance, filing, and transcription. The CNA, for inpatient units provides direct and indirect patient care services that meets the physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and hospital policies, procedures and standards. Assists patients with activities of daily living, provides for personal care and comfort. Communicates with providers and team members about changes in patient’s clinical condition. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
