EDGE|Work is EDGE Mentoring's new cohort based, programmatic offering that takes 12+ participating organizations and creates cross-company groups with corporate leaders as vetted mentors and high achieving mentees for a 1+ year program. With curriculum focused equally on personal and professional growth, this is a whole-person development program that facilitates peer and mentor led discussions on both the 9-5 and what happens outside of it. The curriculum is co-developed with Butler University and is delivered via the Lessonly platform. Participants will be certified by Butler University's Executive Education upon program completion. Along with bi-weekly, mentor-led small group discussions and quarterly cohort-wide workshops facilitated by company executives and outside consultants, all mentees receive 1:1 coaching from a certified executive coach throughout the program's tenure.
