As an Account Manager with RhythmOne, my primary focus was in client services. I worked very closely with our sales team from start to finish to: work on RFP's for new clients, set up campaigns for success, and monitored campaign performance from start to finish through various tools including Salesforce and Tableau. In this role, I was responsible for campaign growth, and through that, I have come to a knowledge of ad products and best practices for client renewal. In this role, I was able to use my previous Ad Operations experience when it comes to clients goals, KPI's, or campaign set up, as well as develop a completely new skillset relevant to the ad tech world today.

While in my role as a Digital Ad Ops Coordinator with MNI, I was responsible for many key elements of campaign launch assurance through use of organizational and communication skills. I worked on Harpoon Accounts, which were our larger clients that always had a marketing strategy behind them. For many companies, this would be known as Key or Strategic Accounts. This position required me to: traffic online display ad campaigns, manage digital campaign delivery, provide the client with post interaction tracking pixels, set up revenue tracking tags, and handle all client communication. I was also responsible for analyzing campaign performance, preparing Quality Assurance reports and report tracking for all online strategic ad campaigns. In this role, I was involved in the entire campaign life cycle from start to finish. My goal is to always maximize ROI, and I aim to help in any way possible using my wide range skill set. Being in the role of Digital Ad Ops Coordinator has provided me with proper communication, organizational, and time management skills making me the liaison between the clients, the advertisers, and the company.In this role, along with many others, my top clients were: Leatherman Tools, Hood Dairy, Keurig, and Rack Room Shoes.

As an Assistant Digital Ad Ops Coordinator, I was able to gain very valuable experience in digital media at an associate level. I was heavily involved with the campaign set up process, which included: sending spec decks to clients, sending campaign start checklists, campaign QA, and handling all client communication for the campaigns I was involved with. In this role, along with many others, my top clients were: People's United Bank, Char Broil Grills, Maine Tourism, and Texas Pete.

This role focused on promoting upcoming Callaway Golf events at local golf clubs. My key responsibilities were working with golf professionals and the Callaway Golf sales rep to create special promotions and marketing materials to generate interest and improve turn out at Callaway events. Using social media to drive awareness of events and promotions was vital, as well as paper marketing in golf shops. We saw a large increase in revenue at events with promotion compared to events that did not have promotion or awareness.

In this position, my key responsibilities included effective customer service through acting as a liaison between The New York Times, and UConn students. A key role of mine was to monitor the deliveries of this top newspaper through a student run program, and to be able to make decisions about how to effectively reach the most number of readers on campus.
