Current-Spearhead the growth and retention strategies for the BookWidgets Ambassador Program, enhancing community engagement and loyalty.-Lead diverse marketing initiatives, including social media strategies, content creation, and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and user engagement.-Collaborate with the Product team to successfully achieve the ISTE Seal of Alignment in May 2024, driving accessibility updates and product improvements that directly enhanced platform usability for educators and students.-Design and deliver impactful conference presentations and webinars, effectively communicating the value proposition of BookWidgets to a broad audience.-Oversee the creation of engaging graphic design assets and perform voice-over work for marketing and sales collateral, enhancing brand consistency and appeal.-Foster strong collaborative relationships with the Head of US Customer Success to ensure a cohesive user experience and support strategy.-Innovate and implement instructional design experiences tailored for users, enhancing the educational impact and usability of BookWidgets tools.
