Lead an amazing team of internal and external designers from concept to final product for all three tiers of Dr. Scholl's brand. Bringing a trend and story direction, one of my main responsibilities is to ensure the brand's essence is captured throughout all categories, from athletic to casual and mass to premium product. This includes a deep understanding of the brand architecture and our consumer. Responsible for establishing a theme and mood for each season, then working closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure the vision is brought to life for the consumer. Collaborate in the art direction of brand's semi-annual photoshoots and help make decisions regarding social media and website design. Present product and brand identity to key retailers, news outlets, and industry publications.

-Responsible for designing Women's sport fashion and athletic footwear for three tiers of distribution (mass, mid-tier, premium).-Establish color and material palettes, including designing unique prints and fabrications.-Coordinate inspiration trips for entire design team, then collaborate on findings to develop seasonal trends.-Mentor design team to promote brand message and create cost effective, commercial footwear.-Assist in providing direction of brand photo shoots.-Responsible for coordinating seasonal sales meetings, this includes conceptualizing a theme, location, and finalizing details.-Assist sales team with customer product presentations.
