Over twenty five years project/program management experience in the life insurance and wealth management industry in Australia.Managed a wide spectrum of projects as a Project Manager and Program Manager, principally in the life insurance and wealth management domains. The projects managed include • policy administration systems enhancements, • infrastructure upgrades – computer room upgrade, Lotus Notes integration• business integration following acquisitions – Aviva Life to MLC, Macquarie Life and One Path Life to Zurich• Separation of business – Westpac Life to TAL• Life insurance amalgamations via Part 9, • Business process off shoring to India, • Successor Funds Transfer (SFT) BTFM to Mercer, TAL to Mercer and AIA to Mercer In the last 7 years I have been managing projects on separation/integration of life insurance businesses and super funds following their sale. Firstly, with Zurich Financial Services on integrating the purchases of Macquarie Life Limited and One Path Life businesses into Zurich Financial Services followed by Westpac on the separation of Westpac Life Insurances to TAL. Since October 2022, I have been at Mercer, managing a number of successor funds transfer (SFT) into the Mercer Super Trust. My contract with Mercer ended 28 June 2024
