Attributes of work :1) Routine analysis of different pre-treatment and plating chemistries at analytical lab.2) Post plating performance analysis of customer and pilot lines samples and knowhow of handling equipment at MS lab including XRF, Potentiometric equipment (Step equipment), Pore counts (Duparnell test) for corrosion tests, Crack count for corrosion tests, micro sectioning sample preparations and analysis of thickness distribution under microscope, handling of upright microscope, surface hardness analysis, analysis of surface hardness using profilometer (average roughness value – Ra).3) Equipment installations for varying test methods of electroplating performance analysis, sole responsible for miniature lab scale Pilot Lines including all pre-treatment and Electroplating chemistries.4 ) Handling projects for range of process and performance advancements in Plating on Plastics projects which includes heavy metal contamination effects in Plating of Plastics performance, different Electroless Nickel Bath performances, throughput tests, adsorption tests, etc.5 )Specialized in Decorative electroplating chemistries for Acid and Alkaline Copper, Nickel, Hexavalent Chromium, Trivalent Chromium and different Satin Nickel finishes for OEMs.6 ) Leading a team for Throughput and Qualification analysis of newly developed chemistry of Nickel at Pilot lines and post performance analysis of this new chemistry followed by sequential test methods.7) Qualification of new processes according to the “Quality-Management-System Product Development” in TechCentre. 8) Leading a high priority OEM project for the preparation of range of Bright and Satin Nickel finishes with different Chromium finishes over a standard component profile.9) Working as Safety Champion like in coordinating drills and maintaining Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) regulations and awareness among work force.

Worked with AkzoNobel, as per my work background i was looking after the powder coatings product specification if it called for a new product development ranging for a MTO(made to order) product, along with that i looked after coating line rectification which suffered under any quality issues for customers like L.G, Sharp, John Deree, Sigma Electric, Minda, Bajaj Auto., Duroshox pvt. ltd., Kider india pvt ltd., Kinetic engineering ltd.(Ahmednagar and Pune). Along with most of these O.E.M i have also audited line feasibility of Architectural coatings customers of INTERPON-D series (Galco group Ahmednagar, Maharashtra).
