• Responsible to provide Services for Automotive Batteries (Two-Wheeler, Car, L & HCV, E-Rickshaw) Reserve Power Batteries (Solar, Inverter, H & IUPS) & Telecom Sector with range starts from 12 V 2.5 Ah 2Wheeler Battery to 48 V 600 Ah Telecom Battery Packs.• We are catering a wide range of customers, from Two Wheeler Owner to Industrial Setups & Government Departments. • Seamlessly providing After-market Service Support to End Customers through more than 15+ Exide Care Empowered Dealers.• Providing Door Step Service Support at OEM Dealers for OEM Customer through a Team of Field Service Technicians.• Few of our notable our Industrial Customers are BSNL, INDUS Towers, ATC, Solar & VRLA IUPS setups at various Banks, Government Offices, Universities & Industries etc.• Handling a Team of 15 Members, 11 Field Service Technician along with 04 Back Office Staff. • Coordinating with Plant R&D Team for Cut-Open Analysis of failed batteries at Service Station and sharing analysis reports to R&D Team for rectification of Product Complaints.• Monitoring & Auditing of Exide Care Empowered Dealer in the Territory.• Collecting ground level feedback & requirements for our product performance.• Regular visits/trainings session at ASCs, STUs and Fleet Owners & Institutional Customers’ Workshops for awareness of periodic maintenance, troubleshooting.

Responsible for Aftermarket Service Operations at OEMs as well as at Retail Customers, for Lucas TVS & Delphi TVS products in Rajasthan State.• Monitoring & Auditing of Lucas Indian Service Limited Authorized Service Centers (Lucas TVS & Delphi TVS) in our territory & make them adhere company’s terms & conditions.• Manage, operate & generate revenue from Company Owned Workshop to sustain profitability.• Regular visits to OEM’s Field Service Team, STUs, Fleet Owners & Institutional Customers such as Armed Forces Establishments, State owned Ambulance Fleet.• Collecting ground level feedback & requirements regarding our product performance & communicate the same to management to make future decisions.• Provide effective solution to end customer, with in prompt time frame for any warranty & non-warranty complaint to enhance customer satisfaction in after market.• Collecting feedback from ASCs & communicate the same to concern dept. to improve our product quality and to retain faith with ASCs ensuring their profitability.• Conduct frequent training session at ASCs, STUs, Fleet Owners & Institutional Customers’ Workshops to make them aware about periodic maintenance, troubleshooting & improvement done in our products.

• Conduct Final Survey & Re-Inspection for Motor OD Claims on behalf of Chola MS General Insurance.• Check admissibility of claim, verify proximity of cause of loss.• Verify related documents and send reminder letters to Insured if required any.• Pointing out discrepancy, if any, under the contract of Insurance.• Assessing liability under the contract of Insurance, securing Principle of Indemnity.• Describe the assessment to Insured & satisfy the queries to Him, if any.• Provide work approval to repairer & ensure the adherence of same at workshop.• Take insured’s consent & recommend the claim as per investigation & finding.

• Responsible for After-market Service & Spares Support for Rane TRW Steering Systems across the Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana & Delhi - NCR.• Monitoring, Auditing & Development of Authorized Service Centers in our territory.• Dealer warranty claim processing & dispatching failed parts to plants for analysis.• Collecting ground level feedback & requirements for our product performance.• Provide effective solution to end customer, with in prompt time frame for warranty & non- warranty complaint to enhance customer satisfaction in after-market.• Regular visits/trainings session at ASCs, STUs, Fleet Owners & Institutional Customers’ Workshops for awareness of periodic maintenance, troubleshooting.

• Check the admissibility of warranty claim under the warranty contract terms.• Investigate proximity of cause under warranty terms & conditions.• Pointing out discrepancy, if any, & justify the same to Customer.• Prepare required technical reports & raise warranty claim to OEM for approval.• Timely resolution of claim rejections & re-submit same to OEM for approval.• Frequent reconciliation of payments from OEM & ensure to resolve discrepancy to avoid loss to dealer.
