Leads a team of 100+ engineers engaged in product development and OTR engineering. The product development includes solar central inverters up to 6MW rating, wind converters 2MW and battery storage solutions with 1MWh to 5MWh ratings. The role also involved in application engineering and developed a close working with all customers and commercial teams in the last 2 years. OTR engineering involves segments such as Solar, Marine, Oil & Gas and Industry. The product range includes LV/MV Drives. As part of solar and storage led a team of 60 people, worked with customers from design stage. The total install base in India is about 700MW and it is 3GW globally. The new product development was taken up for 3.2MW for India market, eventually this is redesigned as 2.5MW up to 6MW for global market. execution of complete 110kv ss, pump storage plant for oman refineries plant the crude oil pumping station from muscat to Sohar. Achieved successful commissioning of the project on 18th June 2006, meeting all deadlines and quality standards. - Delivered the project within budget, resulting in 10% cost savings. Led the project coordination of the installation, erection, and commissioning of the MV pumped storage plant in Oman refineries. Oversaw the setup of a 3.3 KV substation, ensuring seamless integration with the fully automated DCS system.

Spearheaded the implementation of measures to ensure uninterrupted operation of the plant, resulting in 15% increase in overall productivity.- Mark 6 Turbine revamping project, implementing speedtronic controller in system to improve efficiency
