Also, working on Guarantor analysis to check their financial viability

• Building financial models for enterprise valuation using comparable company analysis and precedent transaction Analysis.• Expertise in calculating enterprise value of the companies after making various adjustments according to client methodology such as pension liability, share dilution, associate investments on the basis of book value as well as market value.• Working on financial statements analysis, pro forma financials, WACC models and benchmarking analysis.• Conducting financial research for the company profiles and creates pro forma financials in case of acquisitions, divestitures, spin off or restructuring as per the client’s request.• Handling the client’s request and getting the projects initiated and managing them till delivery.• Handling multiple tasks simultaneously and ensures meeting tight deadlines.• Assigning people to projects based on their skills and client’s expectations• Preparation of Pitch Books and Opportunity Assessments through in depth secondary research for leading Investment Banks• Deep-dive Company Profiling including the operational and financial aspects
