*Handling day to day operational transactions like NEFT, RTGS, Transfer cheque verification and cash voucher verification. Enterer and verifier of CMS cheques etc. And responsible for the timely EOD of the branch to meet the SLA.* In charge of customer facing helpdesk, being the first point of contact for all bank customer queries and problem resolution. Resolving queries like: apply for Demand Draft both online and through Online Banking, lost and new issue of Debit and Credit Card, Requirement of Personal and Auto Loan and documentation needed, online and offline application of Form 15G/H, Locker Issuance and documentation, different charges on account, mobile banking app and its use etc.* Regular visit to portfolio customers through call or in person and handling KYC of Individual, HUF and Firms with due diligence.* Regular update of the registers like Demand Draft, BNA machine, locker issuance and operation etc.* Daily update and monitoring of Customer Requests in the system and resolving them on time.* Selling and guiding different Investment Solutions to the customers so as to meet their expectations. Investment solutions like; LI, GI, MF, Demat, FD, RD, SIP, Credit cards etc.
