(i) Customer Support Dynamic Dashboard - Developed a comprehensive Customer Support Dashboard using Power BI to monitor and analyze customer-related tickets alongside key performance indicators. - Leveraged Power BI connectors, data models and APIs to establish a seamless connection with Jira, ensuring real-time data updates. - Implemented intuitive visualizations showcasing crucial customer support metrics such as yearly trends in ticket status, resolution times, and tracking tickets across different support tiers.(ii) Jira Recommendation System - System aims to empower ticket solvers by dynamically recommending similar past tickets whenever a new ticket is created. - Algorithms helps in reducing resolution time and improving overall efficiency.(iii) Conversational AI Chatbot - Developing an engaging conversational AI chatbot for internal and external stakeholders. - Working on Large Language Models and their use cases in business. - Established connections using API Gateways, utilizing AWS services like Bedrock, Glue, Athena, Orbit, etc.(iv) AIOps with AWS Bedrock(LLM) Integration - Led the development of a sophisticated system designed to automate and streamline the handling of JIRA tickets using advanced machine learning models. - The core objective was to pull JIRA tickets data from a data lake, preprocess the data, leverage AWS services such as Bedrock and SAM CLI to apply large language models (LLMs) for automated processing, validate the generated results via API calls, and push the validated information back to JIRA. - Scheduled glue jobs to run daily using Airflow and GitLab. - This solution aimed to significantly enhance the operational efficiency of our support teams.

Worked as a Technical Product Manager Intern on strategies and possibilities of integrating Machine Learning and LLMs with existing major Apptio product and workstreams.(i) Worked on building Product Strategy and PRFAQ documents for integration of two new AI based features with ApptioOne (highest gross value product of Apptio).(ii) Work involved: Product understanding, Market research, Competitor analysis, User journeys and their pain- points, analyzing use cases of LLMs and possible integration.(iii) Worked closely with Product and Engineering teams through ODS Scrum meetings to focus on prioritizing features, roadmaps, setting metrics, preparing wire-frames and presentations.
